Close to owner's house, hosts were out most of the time, good budget accommodation, stunning balcony views, above expectations interior, compact and relaxing space.

The hosts were onsite and very friendly and helpful. The village center was also nice, with good clothes shops, plenty of pubs and eateries, and an above-average local grocery shop/post office. The location of the property was excellent, offering wonderful sea views and ample space for a family of four.

Although we enjoyed everything else about our stay, we did struggle to sleep because the mattress in the double room was too soft or the springs had gone. It caused us to roll downhill onto each other, and the bed moved whenever one of us moved.

Sea View: From the lower ground floor kitchen, I could only describe the breathtaking sea view as a painting come to life. It was like having my own private art gallery right in the comfort of the cottage.

Veranda furniture: The veranda furniture could use some updating as it appeared a bit worn out.
